The website lets you explore product selections and prepare a quotation enquiry. It does not offer online payment or record a binding order when you click. Entered contact details prepare a draft that you send yourself using your email application.
2. Product presentation
Collection names, generated photographs, proposed materials and indicative dimensions illustrate selection concepts. They do not prove existing stock, a manufacturer’s brand, certification or manufacturing origin. No photographed location is presented as JINOR premises.
The supplier specification, product and manufacturer or responsible-person identification, exact composition, relevant warnings and essential characteristics must be confirmed before a sale. Airline size limits and accessory load capacities should be checked for the intended use.
3. Prices and taxes
Catalogue amounts are indicative euro estimates for one unit or the explicitly described set. They are not firm prices available for immediate payment. Selection totals are arithmetic estimates without automatic discounts or included delivery.
Consumer offers state the final tax-inclusive price and all mandatory charges. Business offers distinguish net amounts, VAT or the applicable tax treatment, and transport. An intra-EU VAT exemption is not assumed merely because the customer is a business.
4. From enquiry to order
Select products and quantities, then email an enquiry. JINOR checks supply possibilities and provides a complete offer: confirmed items, prices, taxes, transport, timing, payment, validity and contractual documents. You can ask questions and correct your selection before committing.
A contract is formed only under the acceptance procedure expressly stated in the final offer. A draft, downloaded file or enquiry email is neither acceptance nor payment. Pre-contract information and applicable terms are provided on a durable medium before a distance sale.
5. Payment and fulfilment
Payment methods, any deposits and due dates are specified in the accepted offer. The website collects no payment-card data. Do not send card details, identity documents or other sensitive data through the enquiry form.
Delivery, incident handling and returns follow the relevant policies, subject to mandatory consumer rights. A material change to a product, price or delivery period requires your agreement.
6. Business purchases
B2B conditions are agreed in writing for the products and volumes: any minimum quantities, packing, delivery, deposit, payment due date and agreed returns. Applicable late-payment penalties and statutory compensation are stated in the relevant commercial documents. Private customers retain their rights even when buying multiple units for private use.
7. Complaints and mediation
First send your complaint to contact@jinorfrance.store with the purchase reference and a description of the issue. This step does not by itself pause legal time limits.
A consumer may use a competent consumer mediator free of charge after an unresolved prior written complaint. No mediator affiliation is claimed in this catalogue. JINOR must appoint the competent mediator and publish their contact details in the contractual documents and on the website before finalising consumer sales. Preparing an enquiry remains available.
8. Applicable law and content
French law applies without depriving an EU consumer of applicable mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
The presentation, text and visual assets may not be reused beyond uses permitted by law without the relevant rights holder’s authorisation. You may retain pages and offers relevant to your enquiry. Future changes to these terms do not retroactively change a concluded sale.
